1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-order or custom plants, processing may take up to 3 weeks depending on supplier stock or availability.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or courier service schedules.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order weight.
Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for qualifying orders.
4. Packaging & Handling
We take special care to pack every plant securely to ensure it arrives healthy and safe.
Each plant is wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
