We take great care in preparing and delivering your plants and gardening products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been delivered, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
For non-plant items such as pots, tools, or accessories, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Take a clear photo or video of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Live plants that are damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
Items purchased during clearance or promotion campaigns.
Custom or pre-order items.
